Be quick to book a stand, as these are expected to go quickly!

The Nottinghamshire County Show provides a great platform for local and regional businesses to showcase products and services to thousands of visitors, including those within the agricultural community. Being one of the first county shows in the UK events calendar, it will be a great opportunity to start off the show season!

As the first county show of the season, it’s always a highlight in the summer events calendar. And this year’s shaping up to be another brilliant show with 1000s of visitors expected to attend from Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and beyond.

Electricity must have been pre-booked directly with our suppliers McConnell's and you should have received any relevant paperwork from them. Any electricity queries should be directed to them at

Contractors setting up on your behalfwill require a vehicle pass to gain access to the showground during set up times only. Please call us by 1st May with the contractor name and number of vehicles so that we can leave a separate pack at the BLUE GATE cabin for them to collect and use on set up days only, it will not admit them entry on show day.

They will be available to collect upon arrival at BLUE GATE only during set up times. If you have pre-paid for postage, the pack will be posted 2 weeks prior to the show. Your pack will include 1 vehicle pass, Trade wristbands, static vehicle pass (if applicable), showground map so you can locate your stand and a useful information sheet.

Your parking pass must be affixed to vehicle windscreens and will be issued free of charge for one vehicle per stand booking only. Please write your details onto the pass as soon as you can. Parking is available at BLUE GATE.

Exhibitor wristband must be worn for set-up, show day and break down and will be checked by security upon entering the showground. If additional wristbands are required, you must purchase these on showing scene only at a cost of £10.00 each, no later than 1st May 2023. After this date you can only purchase visitor entry tickets via the website and entry will be through the public entrance. Children under 16 are free.

All trade stands are entered free of charge for a chance to win! The winner will receive a trophy and there will be a photo opportunity which will be posted on our social media sites and newsletters.

Carers go free if accompanied by a disabled adult purchasing at ticket. If you are a carer to a disabled child, there must be at least one adult in your party purchasing a ticket to qualify. 

On arrival to the show, you will need to show proof that you are the carer, this can be any form of government documentation.

We don’t have any mobility scooters at the showground, but many local companies do. On being ‘able world’ in Newark - 01636 703598

No, there isn’t a cash point on site or cash back. There are places with a cash point near the showground you can go to before entry to the show. The closest ones are:
